养胃冲剂对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本文在养胃冲剂临床应用获得确切疗效的基础上,对其由甲硝基亚硝胍造模的慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠进行有关实验观察,旨在探讨养胃冲剂的药物作用机理。结果表明冲剂组胃粘膜镜下观察其组织学改变较模型组明显减轻,与正常组肉眼差别不大;造模组大鼠胃粘膜PGE_2和SS水平显著降低,MOT水平显著升高,养胃冲剂可使慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜PGE_2、SS明显升高(P<0.05～0.01),可使MOT有所降低,但无显著差异。由此说明养胃冲剂是通过调节胃肠道激素水平起到保护和修复胃粘膜作用。The paper reported the relevant experimental observation on rat with chronic atrophic gastritis induced by MNNG based on clinical application of nourising stomach infusion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, aimed to discuss the medical mechanism of infusion. The results showed that the changes of histologic structure of gastric mucosa by optical rnicroscop examination in infusion group were siginficant lighter than that of model group, there was no difference between infusion group and normal by naked eye observation.The levels of PGE2 and SS in model rat's gastric mucosa reduced significantly, the level of MOT raise obviously, nourishing stomach infusion could significantly raise the levels ot PGEa and SS in rat with chronic atrophic gastritis(P < 0.05 - 0.01) .lower the level of MOT(P< 0.05). All these suggested that nourishing stomach infusion could protecte and repaire gastric mueosa by regulating the levels ot hormone in gastrointestinal tract.
