结核清注射剂抗结核及抗菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究中药复方注射剂结核清(TBQ)的体内外抗结核及抗菌作用,为研发新型抗结核中药TBQ注射剂奠定实验基础.方法建立结核小鼠模型,设定不同给药方案,研究TBQ的体内抗结核疗效及体外抑杀菌效应测定.结果TBQ可延长结核小鼠ST50,改善结核小鼠肺部结核病变,体外体现一定的抗结核杆菌作用及对常见微生物具广谱抑菌作用.结论TBQ在体内外均具有一定的抗结核效应同时具有广谱抗菌作用.Objective To study the antituberculous effects of TBQ in the ICR mouse of tubercular model and the antibacterial effects of TBQ in vitro, and provide scientific basis evidence for its pre-clinical application. Methods Tubercular mouse model was established and different dose regimen was designed and the antituberculous effects of TBQ in vivo, the antibacterial effects in vitro were observed. Results TBQ prolonged the ST50 and inhibited the pathological changes of tuberculosis on the lung of the tubercular model mouse. In vitro, TBQ inhibited the growth mycobacterium tuberculosis and ordinary microorganism. Conclusions TBQ injection has antituberculous effect in vivo and in vitro and antibacterial activity of broad spectrum in vitro.
