摘　　要：目的探讨彩超对乳腺肿块的诊断价值.方法将460例行乳腺肿块切除术患者的术前超声诊断与术后病理结果对照分析.结果超声对乳腺肿块的检出率为100%,诊断符合率为87%,误诊率为7%,未定性率为6%.结论作为一种无创性检测手段,超声具有重要的临床应用价值.Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in detection of breast masses. Methods 460 patients with breast masses were examined using ultrasound before operation. The ultrasound results were analyzed according to histopathological diagnosis. Results The diagnostic rate was 100% accuracy rate was 87%, the misdiagnosis rate was 7%, and the uncertain rate was 6%. Conclusion the The ultrasound is an useful tool in detection of breast masses, and is complementary in the diagnosis of breast masses.
