超声引导下经皮肝穿刺冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结超声引导下经皮肝穿刺冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的疗效.方法对28例39个肝癌病灶进行冷循环射频治疗,监测治疗全过程并观察临床效果.结果31个病灶完全坏死,8个病灶部分坏死,患者症状改善,术后复查肿瘤缩小,血供不同程度减少甚至消失,无严重并发症发生.结论超声引导下经皮肝穿刺冷循环射频治疗肝癌疗效确切无严重并发症,有较高的临床应用价值.Objective To summarize the effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous cool-tip radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of liver cancer. Methods Cool-tip radiofrequency ablation was applied on 39 lesions in 28 liver cancer patients. Then we monitored therapeutic process and observed clinical effect. Results Patients＇ symptoms were found improved. 31 lesions became complete necrosis, and 8 partial necrosis. Re-examinations showed shrunk liver neoplasms without serious complications. Blood supply decreased respectively in various degree and even disappeared. Conclusions Ultrasound guided percutaneous cool-tip radiofrequency ablation has reliable curative effect and shows no serious complications for the treatment of liver cancer. The process has a high clinical application value.
