某医学院不同专业医学生营养知识-态度-行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医学院医学生的营养知识、态度和行为,为营养教育提供科学依据.方法对随机抽取的某医学院学生318人进行自设计营养KAP问卷调查,分析其KAP评分.结果医学生营养知识较缺乏,平均得分(34.42±4.69)分,仅占总分的74.8%.女生营养KAP总评分高于男生(P<0.01),男生营养KAP不及格率高于女生(P=0.020),女生营养KAP总分优秀率高于男生(P<0.01).不同专业学生的营养KAP比较,护理专业学生的营养知识和总评分均高于临床医学(P<0.01).两个专业学生的营养态度和饮食行为评分基本相同(P≥0.052).医学生也有不良饮食行为.结论应加强医学生营养教育,提高营养知识水平,改变不良饮食行为,提高医学生的健康.Objective To explore the nutrition-related knowledge, attitude and practice （abbr.KAP） of students in a medical college in order to provide science base for nutritional education. Methods 318 students in a medical college were selected randomly to investigate their nutrition-related KAP by a self-designed questionnaire and the KAP scores were analyzed. Results The students in the medical college lacked nutritional knowledge, the average score was （34.42 ± 4.69）. It was only 74.8% of total scores. The total average score of nutritional KAP for female students was significantly higher than the average level of male students （P 〈 0.01 ）. The fail rate of nutritional KAP for male students was significantly higher than that of female students （P = 0.020）. The excellent rate of total score of nutritional KAP for female students was significantly higher than that of male students （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total average scores of nutritional knowledge and total score in the students of nurse specialty were significantly higher than that of the students of clinical medical specialty （P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of nutritional KAP for different special students were compared. The average scores of nutritional attitude and dietetic behavior were same between the students in nurse specialty and clinical medical specialty （P 〉10.052）. Bad dietetic behaviors were also found in medical students. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen nutrition education on students in medical colleges, to enhance their level of nutritional knowledge, to change their bad dietary behaviors, in order to improve their health.
