我国公共决策中公民参与的困境分析及优化途径

摘　　要：公民参与公共决策是我国民主政治建设的基本要求。在我国政府的积极推动下,公民参与的途径和范围比以往有了很大的扩展,但在环境、公民自身、参与机制等方面还存在许多制约因素。因此,必须不断探索适合我国公民参与的路径,推动社会主义政治文明建设,以实现对国家的善治。The public - policy with public participation is the basic requirement in the construction of Chinese democracy and polities. Promoted by Chinese government, the approaches and fields of public participation have been enlarged. However, there are still many limiting factors in terms of environment, the public themselves, participation system, and so on. Therefore, we must explore approaches which are suitable to our public participation and promote the construction of socialist political civilization, so as to rule the country in a better way.
