摘　　要：追溯中国古代刑事责任年龄的立法沿革,研究国外及港澳台地区刑事责任年龄的阶段划分,对于更好地改革完善我国刑事责任年龄制度有着重要的借鉴意义。当前,针对未成年人犯罪低龄化趋势,适当降低刑事责任年龄既十分必要,又不失为一种有效的对策。It is referential for us to research changes of Chinese ancient legislations as to criminal responsibility age and to research periodical division of criminal responsibility age carried out in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and even foreign countries, which will be helpful to reform and perfect our current system of criminals＇ responsibility age. Nowadays, aiming at the tendency of young aged crimes committed by juveniles, it is necessity as well as an effective countermeasure to reduce criminal responsibility.
