摘 要:在通过汽蒸法薯莨提取液增重真丝的基础上,选择4种Fe^(2+)-Ti^(4+)、Cr^(6+)-Fe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)-Fe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)-Cu^(2+)复合离于对增重真丝做后处理,讨论了不同质量浓度比例的金属离子对织物增重率、得色量的影响。结果表明:Cr^(6+)-Fe^(3+)后处理对织物增重率的影响最大;Fe^(2+)- Fe^(3+)后处理随Fe^(2+)质量浓度的升高,织物的增重率逐渐下降;而Fe^(2+)-Ti^(4+)和Fe^(2+)-Cu^(2+)后处理随Fe^(2+)质量浓度升高增重率增大。4种复合离子比例不同,织物的颜色偏向离子质量浓度大的一方。金属离子后处理不同程度地提高了织物的色牢度、折皱回复性,降低了织物的透气性,织物的紫外屏蔽性能大大提高。经测试,真丝织物通过复合离子处理后,内部结构没有明显影响。On the basis of weighted silk by the steaming method, four complex metal ions were applied for the post-treatment of the weighted silk fabrics. These metal ions are Fe^2+-Ti^4+,Cr^6+-Fe^3+,Fe^2+-Fe^3+ and Fe^2+- Cu^2+. The results demonstrated that the weight increase rate of weighted silk fabrics was mostly affected by Cr6+-Fe3+ post- treatment. With the increase of Fe^2+ concentration, the weight increase rate of weighted silk fabrics decreased by Fe^2+-Fe^3+ post-treatment, while increased by Fe^2+-Ti^4+ post-treatment as well as Fe^2+-Cu^2+. The proportion of the four complex metal ions is different, the color of fabric inclined to the ion of bigger concentration. The post- treatment with the four complex metal ions increased the color fastness and crease performance, decreased the air permeability performance of fabric. The UV shielding ability of the weighted silk fabrics were improved significantly. The tests showed that the inner structure of the silk was not affected obviously by the post-treatment with the four complex metal ions.
