摘　　要：运用灰色关联分析模型,对云南省自2001年以来的旅游服务贸易发展影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明:云南省地区生产总值、国际旅行社数量、旅游企业从业人员数量是制约其旅游服务贸易发展的主要因素。云南旅游服务业应在打造核心竞争力、完善旅游产业体系、提高旅游企业及从业人员素质等方面狠下工夫,才能真正实现旅游产业的"二次腾飞"。Applying gray correlation analysis model, this paper analyzes the factors affecting tourism and trading development of Yunnan province since 2001. The result shows that the main restrictive elements for development are the GDP in the district of Yunnan province, the numbers of international tourist agency and tourist enterprises obtaining employment faculty. In order to realize ＂the second take-off＂ of tourist enterprises, it＇s important for Yunnan tourist and service enterprises to be highly competitive, to perfect tourist industrial system, to increase the qualities of both the tourist enterprise and its faculty.
