摘　　要：本文对瘤胃积食的不同治疗方法及效果进行了统计分析,发现中西医结合治疗效果达到87.5%,显示高于纯中医50%和纯西医60%。Different treatment methods and their effect on rumen indigestion in dairy cows were summarized. It was found that cure rate of the methods combining Western medicines and Chinese Traditional Medicines were percent 87.5, which is higher that of pure Chinese Traditional Medicines methods （50 %） or pure Western medicine.
