摘 要:目的探讨血水草生物碱的主要单体成份血根碱的杀灭钉螺作用和量效关系。方法按WHO"杀螺剂实验室终筛方法"中的浸泡法进行实验室杀灭钉螺试验。配置成不同浓度血根碱溶液,在25℃进行24、48、72、96 h实验室浸泡杀螺,设去氯水对照,观察钉螺死亡率,计算量效关系。结果血根碱有很好杀灭钉螺的效果:在25 mg/L、钉螺浸泡48 h,6.25 mg/L、钉螺浸泡72 h,0.78125 mg/L、钉螺浸泡96 h,死亡率均达90%;25 mg/L、钉螺浸泡72 h,12.5 mg/L、钉螺浸泡96 h,死亡率均达100%。结论血根碱是植物杀螺剂血水草杀螺的有效化学成分。Objective Sanguinarine is a component monomer of Eomecon chionantha alkaloids. The aim of this study was to investigate the molluscicidal effects against Oncomelania hupensis and the dose - effect relationship of this component. Methods According to WHO Guidelines for Laboratory Final Screening Molluscicides Process, the mollucicidal effect of sanguinarine was tested by immersion method. At the different concentrations of sanguinarine, Oncomelania snails were im- mersed for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h at 25 ℃ to evaluate the mortality of snails and to determine the dose- effect relationship. Results An excellent molluscicidal effect of sanguinarine was demonstrated by the immersion test. The dose - effect relation- ship showed that all the mortality rates reached 90 % when snails were immersed at the concentrations of 25, 6.25, and 0. ?8 mg/L for 48, 72, and 96 h respectively. The mortality rates were both 100 % when snails were immersed at the concentrations of 25 and 12.5 mg/L for 72 and 96 h respectively. Conclusions Eomecon chionantha is an effective plant molluscicide and sanguinarine is one of the active components in Eomecon chionantha alkaloids.
