摘 要:医学超声图像对于肝癌射频治疗后的评估具有重要作用。作为一种"姑息性"疗法,射频治疗不能保证肿瘤生长部位经治疗后没有癌细胞残留。为了使医生能够准确地评估肝癌射频治疗后的效果,需要建立一种定量评价体系。采用Gabor变换提取图像纹理特征,计算各阶段图像的特征距离,并采用特征距离的立方对图像矩阵的2范数加权,从而构造出肝癌射频治疗后复查的定量评价体系。该定量评价体系与病理检查结果相一致,对于辅助医生更加准确地评估出肝癌射频治疗后的效果具有潜在的应用价值。Medical ultrasound images are of great importance in evaluating the radiofrequency treatment of liver cancer. As a kind of palliative therapy, radiofrequency treatment itself can not make sure if there are no residuary cancer cells after the treatment. A quantitative evaluation method was established in this paper. Gabor transform was used to extract texture features of the images, and feature-distance of each stage was calculated. Then a quantitative evaluation system was established using the cube of feature-distance to weight the 2-norm of image matrix. The testing results were consistent with that from the pathological tests. This kind of quantitative evaluation has great potential value in helping the doctors evaluate the effects of radiofrequeney treatment more accurately.
