排便时间与次数对老年人便秘的影响

摘　　要：[目的]了解老年人便秘状况及排便时间与排便次数对老年人便秘的影响。[方法]采用罗马Ⅱ便秘诊断标准对26省老年人进行调查。[结果]老年人中便秘的发生率为37.37%,排便时间和次数影响便秘的发生,差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.01。[结论]老年人应养成良好的日常生活习惯,降低便秘的发生。[ Objective] To understand the situation of older persons constipation and the impact of defecation time and frequency of defecation on the elderly constipation. [Methods] The Rome II constipation diagnostic criteria was used to investigate 26 elderly people in the investigation. [Results] The incidence of constipation was 37.37 percent in older persons, defecation time and frequency of constipation affected the occurrence of constipation, with a significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. [Conclusion] It should pay attention to the daily life habits of elderly to reduce the incidence of constipation .
