摘　　要：[目的]探索IS09001:2000质量管理体系在卫生行政许可工作中的具体应用及对行政许可工作质量的影响,为行政许可工作的标准化管理积累经验。[方法]按照IS09001:2000标准建立覆盖卫生行政许可工作的质量体系,并对体系实施前后的行政许可工作质量进行评价。[结果]IS09001:2000应用前后共实施食品卫生行政许可32706件,应用后的案卷合格率较应用前显著提高。[结论]在卫生行政许可工作中推广应用IS09001:2000,不仅能够提高行政许可工作质量,而且有助于提高工作绩效。[Objective] To explore ISO9001 ： 2000 quality concrete application and impact on work quality of the hygiene administrative licensing work, accumulate the experience fur the standardized management of administrative licensing work. [Methods] According to ISO9001 ： 2000. set up the quality system which covered the hygiene administrative licensing work in 2000 standards, and the quality of administrative licensing work was appraised before and after implementing the systent. [ Results] ISO9001 ： 2000 implemented 32 706 pieces of food hygiene administrative licensing from beginning to end. qualified rate of files after implementing the system was improved notably comparing with that before implementation. [Conclusion] Popularizing and applying ISO9001 ： 2000 in the hygiene administrative licensing work not only improve the work quality of the administrative licensing, but also contribute to the improvelnent of work performance
