摘 要:[目的]探讨多种肿瘤标志物联合检测在消化道恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。[方法]应用肿瘤标志物芯片检测系统联合检测多种肿瘤标志物包括AFP、CEA、NSE、CA199、CA153、CA242、CA125、FER、B-HCG、F-PSA、PSA、HCG在消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中的表达。多种肿瘤标志物研究分实验组和正常对照组两组进行,其中实验组220例,正常对照组160例。[结果]消化道恶性肿瘤的阳性率为82.27%,其中食管癌阳性率57.14%,胃癌阳性率60.78%,肝癌阳性率90.47%,胰腺癌阳性率100%,结肠癌阳性率86.54%,直肠癌阳性率87.5%,显著高于良性病变对照组14.29%及显著高于健康对照组9.09%。此外多种肿瘤标志物联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的检出率明显高于单一对照组肿瘤标志物的检测。[结论]多种肿瘤标志物联合检测可以明显提高消化道恶性肿瘤诊断率。[Objective] To discuss the application significance of multi-tumor marker combining detection in the diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumor. [Methods] 12 sera tumor markers including CA199, NSE, CEA, CA242, FER, B-HCG, AFP, F-PSA, PSA, CA125, CA153 and HCG in 220 patients with digestive system malignant tumor and 160 heahhy volunteers were detected. [Results] The positive rate of digestive system malignant tumor was 82.27%, thereinto, the positive rate of carcinoma of esophagus was 57.14%, the positive rate of gastric carcinoma was 60.78%, the positive rate of hepatoma was 90.47%, the positive rate of adenocarcinoma of pancreas was 100%, the positive rate of colon carcinoma was 86.54%, the positive rote of rectal carcinoma was 87.5%, they were obviously higher than the positive rate of the group of patients with benign disease (14.29%) and healthy vohmteers 9.09%. Furthermore, the positive rate of combining detection of tumor markers in the digestive system malignant tumor was obviously higher than that of the detection of single marker. [Conclusion] Muhi-tumor markers combining detection could obviously improve the rate of diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumor.
