摘　　要：10年来中国教育的背景和理念都发生了很大的变化,《高等教育法》中的许多规定已无法适应人才培养目标和高等教育事业的未来发展。文化生态学以其系统均衡、以人为本、人文关怀的理念为解决目前高等教育制度中存在的若干问题提供了一种全新角度,进而为促进人才和高校的全面、可持续发展提出一些合理化建议。During this period Chinese educational background and philosophy have placed great changes. Many provisions of the Higher Education Law can＇ t be commensurate with the purposes of training talents and developing the cause of higher education any more. The cultural ecology provides a new angle for solving some defects in the present higher education system with the balancing system,people- oriented and humane care idea, and raises some reasonable proposals to promote comprehensive and sustainable development of the talents and universities.
