摘  要:【目的】建立快速检测血清中吡虫啉的气相色谱法。【方法】采用玻璃填充柱(2.0m×3.2mm,ID),填充3%OV.17+10%DC.200(1:1),氮磷检测器,恒温操作,载气为高纯氮,乙酸乙酯做萃取剂。【结果】吡虫啉线性范围在0.02—0.50μg/ml,平均回收率87.5%-102.5%;日内、日间RSD:3.49%~4.90%(n=5),最低检出浓度:0.010μg/ml。回归方程:Y=7.628x+0.0835,r=0.9996。【结论】玻璃填充柱分离血清中的吡虫啉,方法简便快速,灵敏度高,分离杂峰少且容易判定,可以满足临床急救需要。[Objective] To establish the gas chromatography for detecting the imidacloprid in serum sample. [Methods] Glass packed column (2.0 m x 3.2 mm, ID), filled 3% OV-17 + 10% DC-200 (1: 1), nitrogen and phosphorus detec- tor, thermostat operation, high-purity nitrogen as carrier gas, ethyl acetate as the extractant. [Results] The linear range ofimidacloprid is 0.02 - 0.50 μg/ml, the average recovery rate of 87.5% - 102.5%; days, day RSD: 3.49% - 4.90% (n = 5), the minimum detectable concentration: 0. 010μg/ml. Regression equation: y = 7.628x +0.0835, r = 0.9996. [Conclusions] To separate from the imidacloprid in serum sample by glass column, the method is easy and quick, high sensitivity, less separation miscellaneous, easy to meet the needs of first-aid.
