摘　　要：科学发展观重大战略思想与依法治国基本方略具有互动作用。科学发展观对于实施依法治国具有指导和推动作用;依法治国对于落实科学发展观具有引领和保障作用;我们必须充分认识和积极发挥这种互动作用,实现二者之间的良性互动。这不仅有利于推动中国特色社会主义建设事业顺利进行,更有利于促进全面建设小康社会和和谐社会宏伟目标的早日实现。There are the interactive effect between the scientific development concept and rule by law. The scientific development concept has the guiding role for the implementation of rule by law; rule by law has the safeguard role for the implementation of the scientific development concept; we must fully understand and play this interactive effect, realize positive interactive effect between the two. This is not only conducive to promote the socialist construction cause with Chinese characteristics, but also more conducive to the early realization of a well-off society and a harmonious society.
