摘 要:对新合成的SCANP 9204(双炔失碳酯类似物,Ⅰ)及其双炔失碳酯(Anordrin,Ⅱ)进行了抗早孕比较研究。给妊娠7天的小鼠分别一次灌胃Ⅰ和Ⅱ6mg/kg,抗早孕有效率为100%和70%,抗早孕ED_(50)分别为1.03(0.70~1.51)和3.80(2.76~5.24)。给妊娠8~10天兔连续3天分别灌胃Ⅰ和Ⅱ10mg/kg/d,抗早孕有效率为100%和87.5%。Ⅰ和Ⅱ的雌激素活性分别为雌二醇的1.14(0.45~1.25)%和3.08(1.32~3.53)%,未发现抗雌激素活性。揭示SCANP 9204的抗早孕作用优于双炔失碳酯和报道的20多个双炔失碳酯类似物。SCANP9204, an analogue of Anordrin, showed obvious anti - early pregnancy effects in mice and rab- bits. In mice, SCANP9204, 6mg/kg administered P. O. on the seventh day(d7)of pregnancy, was 100' termination of pregnancy while Anordrin was 70 % . The anti - early pregnant ED50 of SCANP9204 and Anordrin was 1.03(0.70-1.15) and 3.80(2.76-5.24)seper-ately. In rabbits, SCANP9204, 10mg/kg/d administered P.O. continually from the d8 - d10 of pregnancy, showed 87. 5 %. The estrogenicity potency of SCANP 9204 and Anordrin to mice uterine was 1.14 (0. 45 - 1. 25) and 3. 09(1. 32 - 3. 53)% of that of ethinylestradiol respectively. Antiestrogenicity of SCANP9204 and Anordrin was not observed in the experiment. This research demonstrates that SCANP9204 has obvious anti - early pregnancy effects in mice and rabbits, and lower estrogenicity potency to mice uterine.
