环境对生育健康的影响

摘　　要：当前我国人口质量和环境质量形势严峻,1991年在环境对人类生殖健康影响的国际讨论会上确定了生殖健康的含义。本文提出了环境因素对生殖健康影响的特点。综述了环境污染对生殖健康的危害为①导致不良妊娠结局;②妊娠并发症发生率升高;③诱发出生缺陷;④通过胎盘使下一代致癌;⑤精子质量下降。Situation of population quality and environment quality in China is serious currently. Reproductive health was defined by the international workshop convened by the WHO (1991). Characteristics of impact of the environment on reproductive health are described in this paper. Impact of environmental pollution on reproductive health includ: ( 1) abnormal outcomes of pregnancy; (2) increasing of pregnancy complications; (3)birth defect; (4)carcinogenesis in offspring;(5)declining of sperms quality.
