摘 要:目的探讨搏动性导管(PUCA)泵对绵羊心脏复苏的效果。方法健康成年绵羊11只,致室颤心搏停止后行心脏复苏,序贯分为三组:无辅助组(n=3)、延迟辅助组(n=2)和即时辅助组(n=6),比较三组复苏持续时间及成功与失败的例数比。分别于复苏后5、60、180 min监测并记录血液动力学参数。结果无辅助组、延迟辅助组和即时辅助组复苏持续时间分别为(38.3±5.8)、(43.5±9.2)和(48.7±23.8)min,三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组成功/失败例数比分别为0/3、0/2和5/1(P<0.05)。复苏成功的5只绵羊在支持期间血液动力学逐步恢复并趋向稳定,血压在辅助180 min与5 min相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心搏停止中,在PUCA泵即时辅助下行心脏复苏可明显提高复苏成功率,并能恢复和稳定复苏动物的血液动力学。Objective To assess the effect of pulsatile catheter (PUCA) pump support on cardiac resuscitation in sheep. Methods Cardiac arrest was induced by ventrieular fibrillation in 11 healthy sheep. These sheep were sequentially divided into three groups: no support group (n = 3), delayed support group (n = 2) and immediate support group (n = 6). The time for cardiac resuscitation and the ratio of success to failure in each group were recorded. Hemodynamic parameters were monitored and recorded at 5, 60 and 180 min after cardiac resuscitation with PUCA pump. Results The time for cardiac resuscitation in no support group, delayed support group and immediate support group was (38.3 ±5.8) rain, (43.5 ± 9.2) rain and (48.7 ±23.8) rain, respectively(P 〉 0.05). The ratios of success to failure were 0/3, 0/2 and 5/1, respectively (P 〈 0.05). For the 5 sheep with successful cardiac resuscitation, the hemodynamies gradually recovered and stabilized during pump support, and there were significant differences in blood pressure between 180 min and 5 min (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PUCA pump can maintain the hemodynamic stability in a sheep model of cardiac arrest and can increase the success rate of cardiac resuscitation.
