穴位低频电刺激对腹部术后胃肠蠕动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位低频电刺激治疗对不同腹部疾病手术后胃肠蠕动功能的影响。方法对行手术治疗的坏疽性阑尾炎、化脓性阑尾炎、粘连性肠梗阻的患者采用前瞻、双盲、随机的方法分成观察组和对照组各40例进行观察。结果以肛门第一次排气为胃肠功能恢复的标准,观察组48h内胃肠功能恢复情况较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论穴位低频电刺激治疗能够促进腹部手术后胃肠蠕动功能的恢复。在这个过程中,由于有小腿部肌肉的收缩效应,还可能预防深静脉血栓的形成,但是病例较少,有待进一步观察。Objective To explore the effect of low frequency electrical Acupoints stimulation on gastrointestinal peristalsis after different abdominal operation. Methods 80 cases undergoing operation because of acute gangrenous appendicitis, acute suppura- tive appendicitis and adhesive intestinal obstruction, were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 40 ） and control group （ n = 40） for double-blind and prospective study. Results The first anus exhaust time was regard as the standards of recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis, the difference in gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery had statistical significance between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Low frequency electrical Aeupoints stimulation can improve the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis after abdominal operation, and can prevent deep venous thrombosis for the reason of constrictor of sural muscle in the progress. In consideration of the less sample size,its clinical value of prevent deep venous thrombosis deserves to he further investigated.
