摘  要:针对冷轧带钢生产中普遍存在的边部减薄直接影响切边量大小、降低成材率,分析其形成机理,利用非线性有限元软件Marc,建立了模拟四辊冷轧机轧制过程的弹塑性有限元仿真模型。对比轧制力模拟结果与实测值,表明该模型是精确可靠的。并利用此模型,分析了压下率、摩擦系数以及带钢入口厚度、入口宽度等因素对边部减薄的影响规律,随着压下率、摩擦系数、带钢入口厚度的增大,边部减薄随之加剧;随着带钢入口宽度的增大,边部减薄先增大后减小。Edge drop is a widespread problem in cold strip rolling, which directly affects the quantity of side scrapping and lowers the metal yield. To reduce edge-drop, its mechanism is elaborated detailedly, and the elastic-plastic FEM model to simulate the rolling process on 4-high cold mill is developed with the software MARC. The fact that the simulation results of rolling force are basically close to the measured data proves the model's accuracy and reliability. Using this model, the author systematically analyses the effecting factors of edge-drop's such as reduction, friction coefficient, entry thickness and entry width. The results show that the edge-drop increases with the increment of reduction, friction coefficient and entry thickness, in addition, the edge-drop firstly increases and then decreases with the increment of entry width.
