鞣酸软膏与紫草油预防红臀疗效观察及分析

摘　　要：目的比较鞣酸软膏与紫草油在预防新生儿红臀中的效果。方法从住院的新生儿红臀患儿中抽取100例,根据住院号末位数的奇偶分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(奇数组)50例清洗臀部后以无菌棉签蘸取适量鞣酸软膏均匀涂抹臀部;对照组(偶数组)以同样方法涂以紫草油,使用一次性尿布包裹臀部。结果治疗组有效49例,无效1例;对照组有效44例,无效6例(P<0.05)。结论鞣酸软膏预防新生儿红臀效果明显优于紫草油。Objective To compare the efficacy of tannic acid ointment and arnebia root oil in preventing neonatal red buttock. Methods 100 neonates in hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group received besmearing with arnebia root oil after cleaning buttocks, whereas the treatment group received external application tannic acid ointment, and the buttocks were wrapped with disposable diapers. Results 49 cases were effective in treatment group and 44 cases in control group. There was statistic difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of tannic acid ointment in preventing neonatal red buttock is obviously better than radix oil.
