摘  要:通过对岩石破碎理论的分析,揭示出了岩石的破碎效率受动静载荷、预加静压力及加载方式的影响。基于岩石破碎机理,对SR220R型入岩旋挖钻机进行技术改造,通过动静耦合加载、利用施工工法构造岩石自由面和不进行钻头速度控制3种方式,实现对岩石的冲击-静压-拖动剪切的联合作用效果,提高旋挖钻机的破岩效率。现场试验结果表明:SR220R型入岩旋挖钻机可实现岩石的跃进破碎,达到了高效入岩的目的;入岩机理分析正确,可用于工程实践。By analyzing the rock cracking theory, it was discovered that the rock cracking efficiency influenced by the dynamic and static load, the preloading static pressure and the loading mode. Based on mechanism of rock cracking, the technology improvement on SR220R rotary drilling rig, which includes the period static and dynamic coupling loading, freedom surface constructed by the construction method and non-controlling of the velocity of the drilling head was carried out. It results in the union function of attack-static pressure-plug shear on the rock, which improves the efficiency of rock cracking of the rotary drilling rig. The field experimental results show that the skip cracking of rock can be realized by SR220R rotary drilling rig and the rock cracking efficiency is guaranteed. At mechanism of rock cracking and the success the same time, it validates the correctness of the of the engineering application.
