活血明目汤治疗前部缺血性视神经病变临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察活血明目汤治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法:对照组34例用复方樟柳碱注射液作患眼颞侧浅动脉旁皮下注射,治疗组36例用活血明目汤口服,治疗20天。结果:总有效率治疗组86.3%,对照组79.17%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:活血明目汤治疗前部缺血性视神经病变与复方樟柳碱注射液疗效相似,但更方便、安全。Objective： Objective： To observe the clinical effect on anterior ischemic optic neuropathy treated with Activating Blood and Improving Eyesight Decoction. Method： 34 cases were treated with compound anisodine injection by hypodermic injection beside superficial temporal artery of affected side as the control group while 36 cases were treated with Activating Blood and Improving Eyesight Decoction by oral taken as the study group. The course of treatment was 20 days. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 86.36% while that of the control group was 79.17%. There was no statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect on anterior ischemic optic neuropathy of Activating Blood and Improving Eyesight Decoction is similar to that of com- pound anisodine injection and more convenient and safe.
