嗽宁口服液治疗小儿痰热咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察嗽宁口服液治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:治疗组52例用嗽宁口服液治疗,对照组44例用急支糖浆治疗,均治疗1周。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.15%和79.55%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察两组治疗前后的发病主要症状(咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛、发热)改善,有显著性差异(P<O.05)。结论:嗽宁口服液是治疗痰热壅肺型咳嗽的有效方剂。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Souning Oral Liquid treatment of children with lung - coughing. Methods： 96 eases of phlegm - heat - lung obstruct cough in children were randomly divided into treatment group Oral Liquid and Jizhi syrup in the control group were treated a week. Results ： The total effective rate of 96.15% and 79.55%, the difference there was significant （ P 〈 o. 05 ） ; Observation of the two groups before and after treatment of the main symptoms （ cough, expectoration, sore, fever） to improve, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Souning Oral Liquid is the treatment of phlegm - heat - lung obstruct cough an effective prescription.
