摘  要:目的:通过观察高压氧(HBO)治疗对严重烧伤患者血浆纤维连结蛋白(fibronectin,Fn)含量的影响,探讨HBO在烧伤治疗中的价值。方法:42例严重烧伤患者(烧伤总面积大于30%或3度烧伤面积大于10%),随机分为HBO治疗组(HBO组)和非HBO治疗组(non-HBO组),于伤后8小时和1、2、3、5、7、10、14、17、21天10个时相点抽静脉血,用火箭免疫电泳法测定其血浆Fn含量。结果:non-HBO组患者伤后各时相点血浆Fn含量均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);而HBO组除伤后8小时及1天外,其余各时相点血浆Fn含量正常,与non-HBO组比,伤后10个时相点血浆Fn含量均显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:HBO可明显提高严重烧伤患者血浆Fn水平,故对烧伤治疗有一定价值。Aim:To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on plasma fibronection(Fn) level in patients with severe burns,so as to verify its therapeutic value.Methods:Forty two patients with burn of more than 30% body surface area or three degree more than 10% area were selected and randomized into two groups:HBO group and non HBO group.Another forty healthy blood donors were selected as normal control.Venous blood samples were drawn from the patients at 1/3,1,2,3,5,7,10,14,17 and 21 days after the burn;the plasma Fn Levels were measured by rocket electrophoresis technique.Results:In non HBO group,the levels of plasma Fn were significantly lower than that of normal control( P <0 05 or P <0 01)at all times measured after the burn,whereas the levels of plasma Fn in HBO group were not remarkably reduced except at 8 h and 1 d after the burn.Furthermore,the levels of plasma Fn in HBO group were signifcantly higher than all those measured in non HBO group after the burn( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusion:HBO can significantly elevate the level of plasma Fn in patients with severe burns and subsequently has a positive effect on the treatment of burns.
