摘　　要：目的：观察了解常规潜艇艇员长航前后听力变化情况。方法：在长航前后分别对参加长航６０天的３５名艇员进行听力检查，测量数据用ｔ检验统计学方法处理。结果：２９名航前听力正常的艇员长航后听阀有非常显著性变化（Ｐ＜０．０１），高频范围（４～６ｋＨｚ）听阀上移较多。航前已有不同程度听力损失的６名艇员，在长航后听阀又有上升，听力损失有不同程度的加重。结论：潜艇噪声对艇员听力有不容忽视的影响。Aim: To investigate the changes of submariners' hearing after a 60 days voyage in a conventional submarine. Methods: Hearing thresholds of 35 submariners were measured two days before and one day after the voyage, and the results were analysed and statistically processed with the paired t test. Results: Twenty nine submariners with normal hearing before the voyage had significant changes in hearing threshold after the voyage ( P <0 01), and there were more upward hearing threshold shifts in the high frequency range (4￣6 kHz). Six submariners with hearing loss of different degrees before the voyage had aggravation of their hearing loss in various degrees together with more marked threshold elevation. Conclusion: The noise in the submarine cabin has great influence on submariners' hearing so that appropriate measures should be taken for their protection.
