红绿激光血管内照射对犬周围血细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的：使绿激光尽快应用于临床。方法：利用半导体绿激光及红激光治疗仪各对３只犬分别以１５、１０、０５ｍＷ功率进行血管内照射。结果：被照射的３只犬周围血中Ｔ淋巴细胞数目增多；红细胞内乳酸脱氢酶活性升高；红、白细胞计数在１０ｍＷ功率照射时升高，而在１５、０５ｍＷ功率照射时变化不明显。在以同样剂量用红激光照射的三只犬中周围血Ｔ淋巴细胞皆升高；红细胞计数在用１５ｍＷ功率照射时升高，而另外２只犬未见明显变化；红细胞内乳酸脱氢酶活性在０５ｍＷ功率照射时升高，而用１５、１０ｍＷ功率照射未见明显改变；白细胞计数在用０５ｍＷ功率照射时升高，而用１５、１０ｍＷ功率照射时反而降低。结论：上述结果提示红激光血管内照射以０５ｍＷ功率为宜，绿激光血管内照射以１０ｍＷ功率为宜。Objective: The aim of this experiment was to study ureaplasma urealyticum in male infertility.Methods: Ureaplasma urealyticum was isolated and cultured from the patients with male infertility.Results: Indicated that ureaplasma urealyticum was positive in 185 cases from male infertility of 340 cases(54.4%).Conclusion: The ureaplasma urealyticum is an important organism of male infertility.
