超声评价冬眠心肌再灌注前后心功能变化的实验研究

摘　　要：本实验成功地建立犬短期冬眠心肌模型。超声评价左室收缩功能。结果显示，在冠脉狭窄后局部心功能明显降低（Ｐ值＜０．００１），狭窄期间相对稳定在低水平范围，再灌注后心功能出现改善，以ΔＴ％为例，再灌注后１２０ｍｉｎ时，恢复到狭窄前的７１％。动态心功能曲线呈降低－平台－回升的规律。这一事实说明，冬眠心肌收缩功能变化与冠脉血流量直接相关。A model of dogs with shortterm myocardium hibernating was successfully established in this study. The result of left ventricular function being evaluated with echocardiography showed that left preischemia (P<0.001) after five minutes of coronary stenosis, but it remained at a low level during ischemia. With the return of coronary flow, ventricular constrictive function improved. The ΔT% increased to 71% of basic wall thickness in comparison with prestenosis after two hours of reperfusion. A curve of declinestabilizationrecovery was shown through the dynamic observation of regional left ventricular constrictive function, which would suggest that the change of constrictive function had close connection with CBF and it would recover soon after the early recovery of CBF, a good inverse correlation is noted between CBF and constrictive function and recovery appeared at early.
