摘　　要：目的:研究抗震救灾野战医院便携式B超的应用价值。方法:应用迈瑞DP-3200便携式B超3.5 MHz探头,根据临床要求,对3300例患者进行腹部脏器、心脏、浅表器官检查。结果:腹部脏器超声检查阳性率73%,与临床符合率98%,心脏超声检查阳性率58%,与临床符合率90%,浅表器官检查阳性率41%,与临床符合率75%。结论:便携式B超因携带方便在腹部脏器检查中优势明显;便携式B超3.5 MHz探头在心脏检查中可基本满足野战条件下临床诊断的需要,便携式B超3.5 MHz探头在浅表器官检查中有一定局限性。Objective： To Discuss the Clinical value of Hand- held miniaturized B- mode ultrasound in field Hospital. Method： 3.5 MHz probe of Hand - held miniaturized B - mode ultrasound instruments was used in 3300 cases, include abdomen, Cardiovascular and supperficial tissue cases. Results： In abdomen cases, the positive percentage was 73%, The corresponding percentage between Hand- held miniaturized B - mode ultrasotmd and the clinical diagnose was 98% .The positive percentage in cardiovascular cases was 58% .The corresponding percentage was 90% .In supperficial tissue cases, the positive percentage was 41% .The corresponding percentage was 75% .Conclusions： 3.5 MHz probe of Hand - held miniaturized B - mode ultrasound instruments has obvious advantege in abdomn cases, it can meet the clinical demand in field hospital, in supperficial tissue cases, it has some limitation.
