摘 要:通过中试,研究了混凝沉淀-浸没式超滤膜组合工艺处理东江水的效能,并与水厂常规工艺出水水质进行了比较。试验结果表明,采用虹吸方式出水,当液位恒定在2.5m时,膜通量平均维持在43.5-62.8L/(m^2·h),滤后水浊度〈0.1 NTU,膜出水CODM。为0.80~1.09mg/L,表明混凝沉淀-浸没式超滤膜技术可以作为处理东江水的有效方法。The treatment efficiency of Dong River water by coagulation-sedimentation/submerged ultrafihration membrane process was investigated in pilot equipment, and the water quality treated by the process was compared with that by the traditional treatment process. The experimental results show that when the siphon mode is used and the water level is 2.5 m, the average membrane flux in a cycle is 43.5 to 62.8 L/( m^2 · h), the turbidity of filtered water is below 0.1 NTU, and the CODM. in the effluent is 0.80 to 1.09 mg/L, which indicates that the coagulation-sedimentation/submerged ultrafihration membrane process is an effective technique for treating Dong River water.
