摘 要:以重庆市唐家桥污水厂回流污泥泵站的污泥为试验泥样,考察了改良型污泥浓缩消化反应器(MISTD反应器)的处理效能及其影响因素。试验结果表明:在中温条件下,MISTD反应器的最佳污泥投配率为32%;在此投配率下,当进泥含水率为99.6%~99.8%、VS/TS值为0.45~0.65时,排泥含水率为92%~95%、VS/TS值为0.25~0.33,实际产气量为25~35L/d,排泥比阻〈1×10^13m/kg。MISTD反应器对污泥的浓缩和消化效果明显好于普通浓缩池和消化池。The sludge was sampled from the recycling sludge pump station situated in Chongqing Tangjiaqiao Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the treatment efficiency and influence factors of modified integrative sludge thickening and digestion (MISTD) reactor were studied. The results show that under the mesophilic condition, the optimal sludge dosage rate in MISTD reactor is 32%. Under this condition, when the incoming sludge moisture content is 99.6% to 99.8% and VS/TS is 0.45 to 0.65, the discharged sludge moisture content is 92% to 95%, VS/TS is 0.25 to 0.33, the practical biogas yield is 25 to 35 L/d, and the specific resistance of discharged sludge is less than 1 × 10^13 m/kg. It is concluded that the efficiency of sludge thickening and digestion in MISTD reactor is far greater than that in the normal thickening tank and digestion tank.
