摘 要:以混合均匀度为评价指标,通过生产性试验研究了可调式跌水网格混合器的混合性能及其机理。结果表明,混合均匀度随调节高度的增加而变大,最优设计参数条件下可达96%以上;该混合器抗冲击负荷能力强,流量增大31%时其混合均匀度仍可达92%;定制的特殊加药头可实现液膜状连续加药,有效提高混合效果;微观混合在快速混合中起主导作用。Taking mixing uniformity as assessment index, the mixing performance and mechanism of adjustable head fall mixer with grids were studied in a plant scale experiment. It is indicated that the mixing uniformity is enhanced by increasing the space between grids and mixing pipe. Under optimal operation condition, the mixing uniformity can be higher than 96%. When the inlet flow is increased by 31%, the mixing uniformity remains above 92%, showing that the mixer has stronger resistance to shock loading. The special dosing head contributes to improve the mixing effect by adding chemicals in a continuous film. The micromixing is the main cause of rapid mixing.
