摘  要:用高压液相色谱(HPLC)方法检测了渗透胁迫下,玉米幼苗根系核蛋白体(deoxyribonucleic acid-protein:DNP)上的非共价结合态多胺(noncovalently conjugated polyamines:NCC-PAs)的含量。两个品种的NCC-Spd(亚精胺)和NCC-Spm(精胺)含量都因渗透胁迫而上升,而且抗旱性强的农大108上升幅度明显大于抗旱性弱的掖单13,在两个品种中未检测到NCC-Put(腐胺)。亚精胺浸种处理明显促进了渗透胁迫下掖单13核蛋白体上NCC-Spd和NCC-Spm含量的上升,也提高了掖单13幼苗对渗透胁迫的抗性。结果表明:亚精胺浸种处理,通过提高玉米幼苗根系核蛋白体上NCC-Spd和NCC-Spm的含量,从而增强玉米幼苗适应渗透胁迫的能力。The contents of noncovalently conjugated polyamines (NCC-PAs) to (DNP) isolated from maize ( Zea mays L.) seedling roots under osmotic stress deoxyribonucleic acid-protein were detected by HPLC. Resuits showed that after osmotic stress treatment for 7 d, the levels in NCC-spermidine (NCC-Spd) and NCC- spermine (NCC-Spm) of drought-tolerant Nongda 108 cv. increased more markedly than that of drought-sensitive Yedan 13 cv. , while the NCC-putrescine (NCC-Put) couldn't be statistically detected in two cultivars. Treatment of seed-soaking with Spd alleviated osmotic stress injury to Yedan 13 cv. seedlings, coupled with marked increases of NCC-Spd and NCC-Spm levels of this cuhivar. These results suggested that Spd seed-soaking could enhance the tolerance of maize seedlings, especially of the drought-sensitive cultivar, to osmotic stress, via increasing NCC-Spd and NCC-Spm in DNP of roots.
