摘 要:高淀粉作物芭蕉芋适应性强,但其种子发芽率低,极大地限制了芭蕉芋栽培和新品种的选育。以贵州兴义地区的绿叶红花芋种子为试材,采用针尖刺破、沸水浸种和98%浓硫酸处理3种方法解除芭蕉芋种子硬实,研究发现:3种方法可不同程度提高芭蕉芋种子萌发率。沸水浸种24h后种子发芽率可提高到55.56%,针尖刺破法可使发芽率提高到60%以上,但种子萌发很不整齐。浓硫酸处理效果最好,当处理时间为90-120min时,发芽率均可达100%,且发芽整齐。幼苗生长健壮。Edible canna is a kind of crop with high content starch and comprehensive adaptability, but its seed germination is very low, so the culture the new cuhivar breeding are limited. The seeds of green leaf and red flower canna was taken as study materials and was treated with piercing, then soaking in boiling water, and then 98% H2SO4. Result showed that this three treatments could increase seed germination at different degree. Soaking seeds in boiling water could raise germination percentage to 55.9% and piercing could increase to a-bove 60%, but the germinating energy was lower through piercing seed coat. The effect of treatment with 98% H2SO4 was the best. When the treating time was between 90 minutes and 120 minutes, the germination percentage was to 100%, the germinating ability was very high and the seedlings were strong.
