含马齿苋及牛油果树提取物护肤品辅助治疗特应性皮炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价含马齿苋及牛油果树提取物护肤品治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:给予受试者外用含马齿苋及牛油果提取物医学护肤品,并行自身对照,为期2周,于用药第0、3、7、14天进行随访。研究者和受试者共同对皮损、皮肤干燥度及主观症状进行评分和评价。结果:治疗第7、14天靶皮损评分均较治疗前明显下降,且随着使用时间的延长效果逐渐提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。试验过程中不良反应发生率低。结论:含马齿苋及牛油果提取物护肤品辅助治疗特应性皮炎临床疗效较好,且安全。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of winona gentle moisturizing cream in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Methods： All the selected patients used winona gentle moisturizing cream unilaterally for 2 weeks and carried out follow-up on day 0, 3, 7 and 14. The improvement of target lesion, skin dryness and subjective symptoms was measured by investigators and patients. Results： Target lesion score on day 7 and 14 decreased in comparison with that before use （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The efficacy increased with time. The incidence of adverse reactions was low. Conclusion： Winona gentle moisturizing cream has a clinical effect treatment of atopic dermatitis with high safety.
