摘　　要：对武钢5号高炉第二代炉龄开炉后的强化冶炼操作实践进行了总结。通过采取加强原燃料管理、装料制度的调整、高风温高富氧大喷吹、大风量高压差操作及加强日常管理和设备检查维护等措施,投产以来指标不断创新。The paper summarized the intensified smelting operation of WISCO＇s No. 5 blast furnace during its second generation of campaign. By means of series of measures like strengthening raw material and fuel management, regulating the charging system, operation with high blast temperature, high ratio of coal inject with oxygen enrichment and large blasting flow with high differential pressure, improving routine management, equipment inspection and maintenance, the operation index keeps on.
