摘　　要：从新制度经济学的角度,凸现了意识形态在房地产估价制度中应有的地位,论述了我国房地产估价意识形态的结构、特征及其对我国房地产估价制度的影响。From the view point of neo-institution economics, this paper focuses on the structure and features of real estate appraisal ideology in China, as well as its influences upon the real estate institution of China, and highlights the ideology＇s deserved status in the real estate appraisal institutions.
