摘 要:通过对真实性、真实性领导和真实性领导力概念的界定,阐释了在真实性领导影响下,下属高度认同组织文化,形成真实性的组织氛围的组织机制。领导者的自我意识和自我监控能够促进真实性领导力的发展。真实性领导力呈现出一种生活故事的取向,并在很大程度上取决于领导置于其生活经验中的自我相关意义,而这种意义恰恰隐含在领导的生活故事中。As a positive leadership,authentic leadership has been stressed by western managing directors. By defining the three key concepts: authenticity, authentic leader and authentic leadership, the paper expounds the mechanism in which the subordinators appreciate their own organizational culture, which helps create an authentic atmosphere, under the influence of authen- tic leaders. The self - awareness and serf - regulation of leaders are emphasized in the developmental process of authentic leadership. The paper offers a life - story approach to the development of authentic leaders. The author argues that authentic leadership rests heavily on the self - relevant meanings which the leader attaches to his or her life experiences, and these meanings are captured in a leader' s life - story.
