培哚普利与卡托普利治疗老年人高血压60例的比较

摘　　要：目的 :观察新型血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂培哚普利对老年高血压的疗效。方法 :将 60例60岁以上的高血压住院病人随机分为两组 ,分别用培哚普利 2～ 4 mg/ d和卡托普利 12 .5～ 2 5 mg/ d进行治疗。结果 :培哚普利组血压从 (2 1.5± 2 .2 / 11.4± 1.2 ) k Pa降至 (18.4± 1.9/ 10 .6± 1.5 ) k Pa,P<0 .0 1;卡托普利组从 (2 2 .3± 2 .5 / 11.3± 1.1) k Pa降至 (18.2± 2 .0 / 10 .5± 1.1) k Pa,P<0 .0 1,两者疗效相近。 2 4小时血压监测结果表明 ,培哚普利的降压效果更为缓慢而持久。Objective:To evaluate the effecy of perindopril,a new angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, in treating hypertension of the aged.Methods:Sixty hospitalized patients over 60 years old with hypertension were divided into 2 groups randomly.In group 1,patients were given 2～4 mg perindopril daily;In group 2,patients were given 12 5～25 mg captopril per day.24 hour ambulatory blood pressure.monitoring was use to assess changes in blood pressure.Results:Blood pressure in group 1 dropped from(21 5±2 2/11 4±1 2) kPa to (18 4±1 9/10 6±1 5)kPa( P <0 01).In group 2,blood pressure was reduced from (22 3±2 5/11 3±1 1) kPa to (18 2±2 0/10 5±1 1) kPa, P <0 01.Conclusion:Perindopril and captoprilhare have similar efficacy in reducing blood pressure,buf peridopril has a slower but more persistant effect than captopril.
