摘  要:概述近期国内外接枝变性淀粉纺织浆料的研究进展。对影响接枝淀粉上浆性能的关键因素——接枝单体的设计进行了研究。分析了一元、二元及多元接枝淀粉的制备方法、接枝率、取代PVA的效果及应用情况。指出:一元单体接枝性能受到单体的限制;二元单体接枝可通过改变两种单体的种类来提高接枝物的性质;多元接枝可根据不同单体性质设计出适合的浆料,但接枝技术较难掌握。Current research situation of grafted modified starch textile size mixture at home and abroad were summarized. According to key factor effect grafted modified starch sizing property i.e. design of grafted monomer was studied. Manufacturing method,grafting ratio,effect and application situation of replacing PVA by monohydrie,dihydric and polyhydrie grafted starch were analysed. It is pointed out that grafting property of monohydric monomer is limited by monomer, grafting material property could be improved by modifying two monomer types in dihydrie monomer grafting. Suitable size mixture could be designed according to different monomer property in polyhydric grafting while the grafting technology is hard to be master.
