摘　　要：为了保证史陶比尔电子提花机的有效运行,延长使用寿命,总结了电子提花机维修保养的体会。在全机清洁时要注意提花机通丝弹簧、提花目板、提花机过滤网、提花机内部的清洁;在润滑时不但要润滑史陶比尔公司要求的部位,而且要润滑附加部位;在整机和机件规格校正时要严格按照周期进行校正。介绍了跳纱疵点的修复方法、损坏CIEL板的检测方法、出现大量跳纱的处理方法等。认为采取以上措施,不但可减少机件消耗,降低成本,而且可提高织机效率和产品质量。Maintenance experiences of Staubli electronic jacquard were summed up to ensure machine operation effective and useful life longer. Jacquard heddle twine spring,jacquard comber-board,jacquard filter sieve and jacquard inner part clean should be paid special attention to when cleaning whole machine. Both additional parts and parts Staubli required should be lubricated well. Whole machine and component specification should be corrected according to period strictly. Repair method of group float,detecting method of CIEL board and method of dealing plenty group floats were introduced. It is considered that after adopting the above measures not only component consumption and cost could be reduced but also increase loom efficiency and product quality.
