摘 要:以福州市建成区自然绿地和人工管理绿地为对象,研究不同绿地景观类型土壤溶解性有机碳、微生物量碳及土壤酶活性的差异和垂直结构。结果表明:与自然绿地景观土壤相比,人工管理绿地不同土层溶解性有机碳含量明显增加,且变异性较大,土壤微生物量碳含量平均值下降,各土层脲酶含量均低于自然绿地;土壤溶解性有机碳、微生物量碳和酶活性均随着土壤深度的增加而降低;土壤表层过氧化氢酶活性与溶解性有机碳含量呈显著正相关,10~20cm土层脲酶活性与微生物量碳呈显著正相关。With the expansion of urban area and the conversion of non-urbanized landscape to urbanized one, more attention was paid on the urban ecosystem carbon cycle. Taking the natural and manually managed urban green lands in Fuzhou City as test objectives, this paper studied the profile distributions of soil dissolved organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, and catalase and urease activities. Comparing with natural green lands, the manually managed urban green lands had obviously higher soil dissolved organic carbon content but lower soil microbial biomass carbon content and lower urease activity. The soil dissolved organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, and enzyme activities of the two kinds of green lands all decreased with increasing soil depth. A significant positive correlation was observed between soil catalase activity and dissolved organic carbon in 0-10 cm laver, and between soil urease activity and microbial biomass carbon in 10-20 cm layer.
