摘 要:选择塔里木河下游退化程度不同的3个典型断面,采用相邻样方格子法,调查荒漠河岸林群落的种-面积关系,利用种-面积饱和曲线方程拟合的方法对群落的最小取样面积进行研究。结果表明,3个断面的群落最小面积分别设为1500、2000和2500m2可以满足精度为60%~80%的研究要求,满足精度为90%研究要求的群落最小面积分别为2500、3600和4500m2;群落最小面积呈现随植被退化程度加重而逐渐增大的趋势,而地下水埋深对群落最小面积的影响并不明显;种-面积饱和曲线针对塔里木河下游荒漠河岸林群落最小面积拟合的效果较好。Three typical sections with different vegetation degradation degrees in the lower reaches of Tarim River were selected to investigate the species-area relationship of desert riparian forest community by the grid method of contiguous quadrats, and to determine the minimum sampling area of the community by fitting with species-area saturation curve equation. At the preci- sion level of 60% -80% , the minimum sampling areas of the three sections could be set as 1500, 2000, and 2500 m^2 ; while at 90% precision level, the minimum sampling areas could be set as 2500, 3600 and 4500 m^2, respectively. The minimum sampling area increased with aggravating vegetation degradation. Groundwater level had less effect on the minimum sampling area. For the desert riparian forests in the lower reaches of Tarim River, species-area saturation curve equation could better fit the minimum sampling area.
