畅肺防喘方对哮喘模型大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中Eotaxin、ICAM-1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察畅肺防喘方对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中Eotaxin、ICAM-1的影响。方法采用卵蛋白等致敏大鼠哮喘模型,应用ELISA法检测正常组、模型组、畅肺防喘方大、中、小剂量组和地塞米松组大鼠BALF中Eotaxin、ICAM-1的变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组BALF中Eotaxin、ICAM-1均显著升高;经治疗后,上述指标均显著降低。结论畅肺防喘方可显著抑制哮喘大鼠BALF中Eotaxin、ICAM-1表达,其对Eotaxin、ICAM-1的抑制作用可能为畅肺防喘方治疗哮喘的作用机制。Objective： To investigate the effects of Changfeifangchuan Prescription on the eotaxin and intercellular adhesion molecule- 1（ICAM- 1） in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF） of asthma model rats. Methods： Rat asthma models were established by ovalbumin（OVA） challenge methods. The content of eotaxin and ICAM - 1 in the BALF of the normal, the model, the dexamethasone groups and the large, middle and light dosage Changfeifangchuan Prescription groups were detected by the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results： The results showed that the contents of eotaxin and ICAM - 1 in model group increased than that in normal group. After treatment, the contents of eotaxin and ICAM - 1 decreased. Conclusion： The results indicated that one of the anti - inflammation mechanisms on asthma of Changfeifangchuan Prescription might be the function of decreasing the contents of eotaxin and ICAM - 1.
