摘  要:对试验区铁锰结核背景下的土壤及旱地作物食用部分重金属含量进行了分析,并对旱地作物进行了重金属质量评价。结果表明:As、Cd和Pb含量最高的是白萝卜根,Cr、Cu和Zn含量最高的是黄瓜果实,玉米籽粒中Cd、Cr、Cu和Pb含量最低,甘蔗茎中As和Zn含量最低;旱地作物对Zn、Pb和Cu的富集系数较高,Cd、As和Cr的富集系数较低,6种重金属元素的富集系数均小于1;质量评价结果表明,玉米籽粒中6种重金属质量级别均为好,综合质量级别为安全,甘蔗茎、白萝卜根和黄瓜果实中Pb、Cd质量级别为很坏,Zn的质量级别为中等,综合质量级别为很坏,说明长期食用对人体会产生潜在的危害。Contents of heavy metals in the edible parts of dryland crops of Fe-Mn nodules back-ground in Litang karst were analysised and evaluated of its quality. The results showed that contents of As,Cd,Pb were the highest in white radish,contents of Cr,Cu,Zn were the highest in the cucumber ,contents of Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb were the minimum in the maize,contents of As and Zn were the minium in the sugar cane. All Enrichment coefficient were less than 1, among them Zn, Pb, Cu were more high than Cd, As.Cr. Results of quality evaluation showed that th the six heavy metals in maize seed were good and comprehensive quality level ty level of Pb,Cd were very bad and Zn was medium in sugar cane,white radi comprehensive quality critieron was very bad,it would be harmful to human e quality criterion of was safe. The qualish and cucumber, it' s health.
