摘  要:目的:评估麻风病人营养状况。方法:应用主观营养评价(SGA)和客观指标对62例长期住院晚期麻风病人进行营养状态的评估。结果:36.6%的病人有营养不良,体质指数(BMI),血红蛋白(Hb)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)、血清白蛋白(ALB),前白蛋白(Pre-ALB)、胆固醇(CHO)和甘油三酯营养不良危险的发生率分别是8.47%,16.67%,20%,3.33%,21.66%,18.33%和10%。结论:SGA可作为营养评估和营养不良指标。Objective: To measure the nutritional status of the persons affected by leprosy in a leprosarium. Method: The nutritional status in 62 advanced persons affected by leprosy was assessed with Subjective Global Assessment (SGA) and objective methods. Results: It was found tbat 36.6% of the patients were malnourished. Prev- alence of malnutrition measured by body mass index (BMI), hemoglobin (Hb), total lymphocytes count (TLC), se- rum albumin (ALB), Pre - albumin ( Pre - ALB), cholesteM (CHO) and triglyceride was 8.47 %, 16.67 %, 20%, 3.33 %, 21.66%, 18.33% and 10% respectively. Conclusion: SGA can be used as an index in measureinent of malnutrition in the persons affected by leprosy.
