摘 要:随着经济社会的快速发展,水资源供需矛盾日益突出,水资源合理配置是水资源高效利用的重要手段。文本建立了多层次模糊优选模型,从社会、经济、生态环境和水资源利用4个方面提出了水资源合理配置指标体系,并将此评价模型及指标体系应用到河南省水资源配置方案评价中,最终选出了社会、经济、生态协调发展的河南省水资源合理配置方案。该方案符合河南省的实际情况,说明建立的评价指标体系和模型是合理、可行的。With the rapid development of economy and society, the contradiction between the supply and requirement of water resources has become more serious. Rational allocation of water resources is an important measure for the high efficient utilization of water resources. In this paper, a multilayer fuzzy optimization model is established, and an index system for water resources allocation evaluation from four aspects of society, economy, eco-environment and water resources utilization, is put forward. This model and index system are applied in the evaluation of water resources allocation schemes in Hen Nan province, and the most rational schemes for water resources allocation, which can encourage the harmonious development of society, economy and eco-environment, is selected. The scheme is suitable for the region's actual situation. This proves that the established evaluation index system and model are reasonable and feasible.
